Unfortunately, I’ve been far too busy to bake anything for Baked Sunday Mornings. But now it’s summer! And I was so excited to bake these Cream Cheese Chocolate Snacking Cookies!

The process for making these cookies is incredibly simple: combine the wet ingredients, then add the pre-whisked dry ingredients, finishing off by adding dark chocolate and semisweet chocolate chips.

Baking them is quick and simple as well. They only bake for 10-12 minutes. I didn’t have any parchment paper and had only one Silpat on hand, however, so I had to bake the cookies off in multiple batches, which took pretty long. But I didn’t have any problems with the cookies, which automatically makes me like them!

Once out of the oven, the cookies looked puffy, chocolatey, and smelled wonderful. While they did flatten out a bit, they were divine. They were so moist and creamy, with a little oomph, from the cream cheese. And the three types of chocolate add a great flavor profile that leaves you wanting to eat more. And boy, did I have more!

These cookies are definitely something to keep in your handy recipe box and are one of my favorite recipes from the Baked boys!
